Keybit Services is responsible for personal information used through this website and the Keybit customer portal. This policy covers visits, quote requests and services arranged with us.

Information we collect

• Quote requestsYour name, email address, optional business name, the service you choose, your answers and any files you choose to attach. We also record information needed to prevent abuse and confirm your email.
• Customer and project recordsContact details, messages, project content, service and account details, support records, invoices and payment status needed to provide and support agreed work or services.
• Website activityPage path and title, limited campaign tags (such as UTM source or campaign), referring site/page without query values, IP address, browser details, a session identifier and visit times. We exclude other query-string values from this activity record. If you are signed in, activity may be linked to your customer account.
• Browser storageA necessary session cookie supports sign-in, security and quote progress. The site also stores your cookie-notice acknowledgement and, if you use the design/print quote tool, your preferred measurement unit in your browser.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, provide and support services, manage accounts and payments, keep the site working, protect it from abuse and meet legal obligations. Basic page-visit information helps us understand which parts of the site are being used and diagnose problems. Quote requests are protected by email confirmation and automated anti-spam controls; submitting one does not create an account.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. When needed to provide a service, relevant information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, email, domains, customer services or payment processing. Those providers may also handle information under their own privacy notices when you use their services directly.

How long we keep it

Visitor activity in the portal is shown for a 90-day period, and routine cleanup removes older activity as the site operates; cleanup may not occur exactly on the 90-day date. Quote, project, customer and financial records are kept while needed to respond to an enquiry, deliver or support a service, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. The period depends on whether work proceeds and the record involved.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to provide, correct or delete personal information, or raise a concern about how it is used. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. You can clear browser storage or block cookies in your browser settings; sign-in and quote progress may then stop working as expected.
