Using this website
Please use the website and customer portal lawfully and do not try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to them. The privacy and cookie policies explain how information and browser storage are used.
Quotes and project work
Sending an enquiry or quote request is not a commitment to buy and does not create an account. Before commissioned work begins, Keybit Services will confirm the agreed work, price, timing and any payment arrangements in writing. A change to the agreed work may affect the price or delivery date; we will discuss it with you first.
Please make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for text, images, logos and other material you ask us to use, and check proofs or supplied information before approving them. Any project-specific terms, including cancellation, ownership or licence of the finished work, take precedence where agreed in writing.
Domains, hosting and other providers
Domain names, hosting, email and payment services can depend on independent providers. Availability, renewal rules, pricing and service conditions may therefore be affected by those providers' terms. The relevant order, invoice or written agreement will explain the service and charges that apply.
Payments and accounts
Use the payment method and due date shown on your order or invoice. If a payment provider is used, its own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment. Keep account access links and credentials private and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Availability and legal rights
We work to keep the website, portal and services available, but maintenance, faults or third-party issues can cause interruptions. Nothing in these website terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. The scope, warranties, cancellation arrangements and liability for commissioned work are set by applicable law and the written terms agreed for that work.
